Do to the high number of incoming phone calls, we ask that applicants contact us through the website or at employment@ultra-protection.com. 

 


 

Your pre-application will ONLY be accepted under the following conditions:

  1. You must be at least 18 years old
  2. Must have a high school diploma or G.E.D.
  3. You must be a legal U.S. citizen or lawfully able to work here
  4. You must have absolutely NO CRIMINAL HISTORY above that of a Class C misdemeanor
  5. You must be in "good standing" in your community
  6. You must be of "sound mind and judgment"
  7. You must read and agree with to the terms and conditions (T & C) and state "YES" in the applicable form fields
  8. You must complete the form below, leaving no blanks.

You understand that you may be required to take a physical examination to determine if you are fit to perform the duties of certain positions and consent to such examination, if required by U.P.I. You also understand that U.P.I. may require a lie detection examination at any time. Any such examination will be administered under the constraints of the Polygraph Protection Act of 1989. You further understand and agree to submit to any and all drug and alcohol test that may be requested by U.P.I. before or during your employment, and that refusal of such testing would be grounds for denial or termination of your employment.


You understand and accept that, as a condition of my consideration for employment with U.P.I., or as a consideration of my continued employment with U.P.I., Ultra Protection, Inc. may obtain a consumer report that includes, but is not limited to, your criminal and civil history, DMV records, employment and education verification, social security verification, personal interviews, and any other pertinent records available.

Prior to an offer of employment, you may be required to register or become licensed with the Texas Dept. of Public Safety or governing agency, submit to a full and comprehensive "background" and criminal history check, and / or be scheduled for a pre-employment drug testing, all of which may be at your expense.  Current projected fees are as follows and are subject to change, without notice:

Full "National" Criminal History & Background Check  $ 26 
Clinical Drug Screening  $ 35 
D.P.S. Licensing or Registration  $ 17 - $ 57 


If you are seeking employment in a position requiring D.P.S. licensing or registration are required to do so within 14 days of hiring date.  This is the responsibility of the applicant or employee.  Failure to do so could result in termination of employment, licensing revocation, and possible charges or actions taken by the Texas Dept. of Public Safety.

You understand that U.P.I. can not offer you employment, until all applicable criteria are met.  Any "offer" for employment will be made by the management, in writing, in the form of an "employment agreement," showing date of hire, conditions of employment, and post or position assigned to.
